General legal and product disclosures for the Lorvia website, written to be read — not skimmed past.
Service overview.
This page provides general legal and product disclosures for the Lorvia website. The service is a business money workspace covering accounts, payments, cards, and treasury features for eligible business customers. Product availability may vary as the service evolves.
Eligibility.
Lorvia currently accepts applications from U.S.-registered business customers. Entity type and industry eligibility are confirmed during the compliance review that follows submission. Applications from certain industries may be declined as required by law or internal policy.
Application & review.
Most complete applications are reviewed within one to three business days. Additional verification may extend the review period; when it does, an onboarding specialist will contact you with the specific item needed. No customer login is created until an application is approved.
Draft progress.
Non-sensitive application progress is saved for the current browser session so you can complete the form across steps. Passwords and the files you select are never saved in browser storage. Clearing your browser session ends the draft.
Documents & privacy.
Uploaded verification files are stored outside the public website and can only be opened through authenticated administrator review. Application information is used to perform the compliance review and to operate the approved account. Do not upload documents containing information unrelated to the application.
Electronic notices.
By submitting an application you agree to receive application-related documents and notices electronically, and you acknowledge the website terms and privacy notice. You may withdraw this consent by contacting onboarding support, which may end the application process.
Changes.
These disclosures may be updated from time to time. Material changes affecting existing customers will be communicated before they take effect. Continued use of the service after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
